At what we fondly called ‘the old Chest” on Saint-Urbain Street, every patient and visitor noticed our very special team spirit which made us much greater than simply the sum of each individual’s expertise and contributions. Each team member, regardless of title or duties, felt personally responsible and accountable for ensuring the best possible care and support for every single patient.
Since our move to the ultra-modern Glen site, I am pleased to report that very same MCI “team spirit” is alive and well. Our hospital remains a place of compassion, commitment, innovation and excellence. We are proud of our reputation as a world leader in respiratory care, research and teaching.
As we adapt to the ever-changing health care environment, we remain committed to ensuring our patients have access to the latest diagnostic and care technologies and techniques. Our researchers continue to stretch the boundaries of knowledge as they seek new and better treatments. Their work will continue to transform patient care in Quebec and around the world.
We are most grateful for the support of generous donors like you. Your gift will have a direct impact on the caliber of patient care we provide. Your contributions are used to purchase specialized equipment, fund programs and services and support research.
Thank you for joining the MCI community and helping us help those with respiratory disease.
